Field Sales Executive – Channel Sales (MP)
Location: Madhya Pradesh (Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, )
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Banking / Insurance / Channel Sales
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
CTC: 3.0 – 4.5 LPA + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business through channel partners (bank branches / DSAs / distributors).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure consistent business.
- Support and motivate channel partners to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, provide product knowledge, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and policies.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication & relationship management skills.
- Strong influencing and negotiation ability.
- Target-oriented with field sales exposure.
- Knowledge of the MP market will be an added advantage.
