Field Sales Executive – Channel Sales (Madhya Pradesh)
Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 Years (Banking / Insurance / Channel Sales)
Location: Madhya Pradesh (multiple locations available)
CTC: Up to 4 LPA + Attractive Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business through channel partners, distributors, and agents in the assigned area.
- Generate new leads and acquire customers through field visits.
- Maintain relationships with channel partners for continuous business growth.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & revenue targets.
- Conduct market visits, partner meetings, and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely service and support to clients and partners.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate / in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in field or channel sales (Banking/Insurance preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, confident, and willing to work in field conditions.
- Must own a two-wheeler for field visits.
