Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth through field sales and channel partner development.
Identify new markets, onboard distributors, and manage channel relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure market expansion.
Conduct regular market visits to maintain visibility and brand presence.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and share with the reporting manager.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in field or channel sales (preferably BFSI or FMCG sector).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
