Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive sales through channel partners in Madhya Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners, distributors, and retailers in the assigned territory.

  • Promote and sell products/services through channel partners, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

  • Monitor and track sales performance, ensuring targets are consistently met.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, resolving queries and issues promptly.

  • Gather market insights and competitor analysis to improve sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).

  • Minimum 2-year experience in field/channel sales in BFSI, insurance, or FMCG sectors.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple partner accounts.
