Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and expand sales through direct field activity and channel partners.
Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, or agents.
Achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the assigned territory.
Conduct market surveys and analyze competitor activity.
Report sales performance, market trends, and opportunities to the reporting manager.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Knowledge of local markets and customer behavior.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
