Job Description

Who We’re Looking For: 
An energetic and result-driven sales professional with a passion for fieldwork and a strong ability to connect with customers. Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to exceeding targets.

Eligibility: 

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
2–3 years of experience in field sales, BFSI preferred
Strong local market knowledge and customer network

Key Responsibilities: 

Identify potential customers and pitch insurance products through direct field visits
Conduct need-based selling and product presentations at client locations
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads
Meet monthly sales targets with consistent field efforts

Skills You Need:

Good communication and persuasion skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
Basic knowledge of financial/insurance products
