Role Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to manage and expand our channel partner network across Madhya Pradesh. The role involves meeting sales targets through strong partner relationships and market coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners
Drive product availability and visibility in retail outlets
Ensure timely order booking and fulfillment through the channel
Conduct regular market visits and channel partner meetings
Monitor and motivate channel partners to meet performance goals
Execute trade promotions and schemes effectively
Track market trends and provide feedback to the management team
Prepare and submit daily sales reports
Skills & Competencies Required:
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Basic knowledge of distribution/channel sales models
Good negotiation and influencing ability
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Knowledge of local markets and regional language(s) preferred
Comfortable with extensive fieldwork
