Job Description

Who We’re Looking For: 
An energetic and result-driven sales professional with a passion for fieldwork and a strong ability to connect with customers. Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to exceeding targets.

Eligibility: 

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• 2–3 years of experience in field sales, BFSI preferred
• Strong local market knowledge and customer network

Key Responsibilities: 

• Identify potential customers and pitch insurance products through direct field visits
• Conduct need-based selling and product presentations at client locations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads
• Meet monthly sales targets with consistent field efforts

Skills You Need: 

• Good communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
• Basic knowledge of financial/insurance products
