Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, distributors, and retailers.
- Drive sales through assigned channel network and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Conduct field visits and ensure product visibility in the market.
- Support partners with training, product knowledge, and business development activities
- Monitor competitor activities and share market insights.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum Graduate (Any discipline).
- Experience: 2–5 years in Channel Sales / Distribution Sales (FMCG, Telecom, BFSI, Insurance preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be target-driven and willing to travel extensively within MP.
