Job Description
Job Role & Responsibilities:
– Drive business growth by managing on-ground sales activities across assigned territories in Rajasthan.
– Lead a team of field sales executives to achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets.
– Conduct market visits to generate leads, acquire new customers, and build strong business relationships.
– Identify new business opportunities, develop local area plans, and ensure effective territory coverage.
– Monitor sales performance and guide the team on lead conversion, product pitching, and customer engagement.
– Conduct regular training and performance reviews of the field sales team.
Desired Candidate Profile:
– Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (Insurance, Banking, FMCG, Telecom, Retail, etc.)
– Strong team handling, business development, and negotiation skills
– Willingness to travel extensively within Rajasthan
– Good understanding of local market dynamics
– Self-motivated, target-driven, and excellent in communication
