Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to generate leads and acquire new customers
- Promote and sell products such as insurance, loans, or telecom/FMCG offerings
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain customer relationships for long-term retention
- Provide accurate market feedback and competitor insights to managers
- Submit daily sales reports and update CRM systems if applicable
- Support promotional activities and local marketing campaigns
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any discipline)
- Experience: At least 2 years in field sales (BFSI, FMCG, Telecom, or related)
- Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel daily within assigned region
- Immediate joining preferred
