Job Description:
We are hiring passionate and result-driven Field Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in direct sales and a strong understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, cold calling, and local references
• Promote and sell financial products such as insurance, loans, or banking services
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
• Prepare daily visit reports and submit them to the reporting manager
• Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and product demonstrations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales (Minimum 2 years)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
