Job Summary:
We are hiring a Financial Manager to oversee financial planning, team performance, and strategic business growth in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should have strong financial acumen and leadership capabilities, preferably from the banking or insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide sales and financial advisory teams
- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business goals
- Monitor financial transactions, budgets, and compliance requirements
- Analyze market trends and business reports to drive profitability
- Lead recruitment, training, and mentoring of finance executives
- Ensure customer satisfaction and relationship management
- Collaborate with senior management for forecasting and planning
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent knowledge of financial products and services
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage teams and handle performance reviews
- Sound understanding of financial regulations and compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidates from Banking, NBFC, or Insurance background
- Local candidates or those with knowledge of the Rajasthan market
