We are hiring a Financial Manager to lead and drive field-based financial product sales and manage a portfolio of clients across Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in field sales, team management, and customer relationship handling within the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of financial products including insurance, loans, and investment plans through field visits.
- Generate leads, acquire new customers, and build long-term relationships.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain knowledge of competitive offerings and market trends.
- Conduct financial needs analysis and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Handle after-sales services and customer support.
- Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and issue resolution.
- Provide team support or manage a small sales team in assigned territory (if applicable).
Key Requirements:
Graduate
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or financial services (insurance, loans, mutual funds)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good local market knowledge in Rajasthan
Ability to work independently and travel locally
Basic understanding of financial products
