Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in Sales / Field Sales / Banking or Insurance
Qualification: Graduate (any stream)

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers through direct sales and field visits
• Promote and sell financial products such as insurance, loans, or banking services
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Provide timely follow-up and excellent customer service
• Maintain reports on leads, closures, and market feedback

Requirements:

• Strong communication and selling skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Knowledge of the local market is an advantage
• Must be available to join immediately
