Team Leader – Saharanpur

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets.
• Monitor daily performance, provide guidance, and ensure effective field activities.
• Handle recruitment, training, and motivation of the sales team.
• Support team in lead generation, client meetings, and deal closures.
• Review reports, track productivity, and maintain strong market presence.
• Coordinate with managers and operations team for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of sales or team-handling experience, preferably in BFSI/Insurance/Telecom.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Local market knowledge of Saharanpur.
• Graduation mandatory.
