About the Role
We are seeking a result-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and manage sales teams across a defined region. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, build strong client and partner relationships, and lead high-performing sales executives and channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of field sales executives and/or channel partners.
- Develop and execute area-wise sales strategies to meet business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and partnership opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits and team meetings to monitor performance.
- Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Strengthen customer and partner relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
- Train, mentor, and upskill team members to improve productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, channel sales, or territory sales.
- Prior team management experience is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local markets and customer behavior.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
