About the Role
We are seeking a result-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and manage sales teams across a defined region. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, build strong client and partner relationships, and lead high-performing sales executives and channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of field sales executives and/or channel partners.
  • Develop and execute area-wise sales strategies to meet business targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Conduct regular field visits and team meetings to monitor performance.
  • Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Strengthen customer and partner relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
  • Train, mentor, and upskill team members to improve productivity.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, channel sales, or territory sales.
  • Prior team management experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with local markets and customer behavior.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
