Job Description

Industry: [Insurance / FMCG / Telecom / Finance / etc.]
Experience Required: 2–5 years in Sales/Marketing/Channel Management
Qualification: Graduate (any preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive sales performance in the assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key customers
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales executives or agents
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Ensure timely reporting and forecasting of sales data
  • Execute local marketing activities to increase brand visibility
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
  • Identify market trends and competitor activities to drive growth
