Job Title: New Area Sales Manager – MP

Location: Madhya Pradesh (All Major Cities)

Experience: 2–5 Years in Field Sales / Channel Sales / BFSI / Insurance

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven New Area Sales Manager to expand our business in untapped territories across Madhya Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing a strong presence, and managing a team of sales executives to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in unserved or under-served areas.

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of field sales executives for optimal performance.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.

  • Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives within the assigned territory.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies.

  • Prepare reports on sales performance, market feedback, and expansion plans.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, channel sales, or area management.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
