Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven New Area Sales Manager to expand our business in untapped territories across Madhya Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing a strong presence, and managing a team of sales executives to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in unserved or under-served areas.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of field sales executives for optimal performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives within the assigned territory.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies.
Prepare reports on sales performance, market feedback, and expansion plans.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, channel sales, or area management.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
