Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through channel partners / agency network in the assigned territory.
- Recruit, train, and manage channel partners / agents for insurance & financial products.
- Support partners with regular field visits and joint calls to generate business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective channel management.
- Build strong relationships with channel partners for long-term business.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate / (any discipline).
- Minimum 2 years of channel sales experience in Insurance / Banking / Financial services (mandatory).
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.
