Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Rajasthan
Location: Rajasthan (RJ)
Experience: 2–5 years in Sales / BFSI / Insurance / FMCG / Channel Sales
Qualification: Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of field sales executives or agents.
Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and increase revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and distributors.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and report insights to senior management.
Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of sales activities.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven track record in sales and team management.
Result-oriented with the ability to achieve challenging targets.
Knowledge of Rajasthan markets and local business dynamics.
