Job Description

The New Business Acquisition Lead is responsible for driving company growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. The role includes lead generation, building relationships, and closing deals to expand the client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients via research, networking, and prospecting.
Develop and implement plans to acquire new clients and increase market share.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
2+ years of experience in business development or sales.
Strong industry knowledge and market insight.
Proven ability to close complex deals with key decision-makers.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
