Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring motivated and ambitious Field Sales Executives for multiple locations across Rajasthan. The role requires candidates with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer engagement. Prior experience in BFSI, insurance, telecom, FMCG, or field sales is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline in the assigned territory
• Meet potential customers and present product offerings
• Close sales through direct interaction, follow-ups, and field visits
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, and campaigns
• Maintain strong knowledge of company products and competitor offerings

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of field sales and team handling experience.
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to guide a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.(graduate must)
• Must be target-oriented and result-focused.
