Job Summary:
The CASA Sales Officer will be responsible for selling Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products to individual customers, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a flair for sales, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Achieve sales targets by acquiring new customers through field visits, referrals, and other lead generation methods.
– Promote and educate customers on the various banking products and services, focusing on the features and benefits of CASA accounts.
– Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
– Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for account openings, documentation, and customer service needs.
– Identify cross-selling opportunities and suggest relevant products like loans, insurance, etc.
– Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to account openings, account servicing, or product offerings.
Eligibility Criteria:
– Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
– Experience: 2+ years of sales experience In BFSI. (freshers welcome).
– Bike: Must own a bike.
– Local candidates preferred with knowledge of the city or area.
– Age between 21-32 years.
