Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a sales team to drive business growth.
  • Guide the team to generate sales as well as achieve individual sales targets.
  • Give back-end support to the sales team.
  • Work to achieve monthly and branch sales targets.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest the right solutions.
  • Prepare sales reports, proposals, and quotations.
  • Work towards achieving overall sales targets for self and the team.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Experience in sales (preferred but not always required).
