Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a sales team to drive business growth.
- Guide the team to generate sales as well as achieve individual sales targets.
- Give back-end support to the sales team.
- Work to achieve monthly and branch sales targets.
- Understand customer needs and suggest the right solutions.
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, and quotations.
- Work towards achieving overall sales targets for self and the team.
Requirements:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Experience in sales (preferred but not always required).
