About the Role

We are hiring for a Banca Sales Officer to drive insurance sales through bank branches. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with bank staff, understanding customer needs, and providing the right financial solutions while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate business through assigned bank branches.
Work with branch teams to identify and convert customer leads.
Promote and sell insurance products effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Deliver excellent service and maintain strong customer relationships.

Candidate Profile

Graduation is mandatory.
1–3 years of sales experience (Banking/Insurance preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, with strong customer focus.
