We are hiring for Banca Sales to drive life insurance business through partnered bank branches. The role includes customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving branch sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote life insurance products through bank branches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff & customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure policy servicing.
Guide customers with product details and support documentation.

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory.
1–3 years of BFSI sales experience preferred.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
