Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to manage, coach, and drive a team of field sales executives to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate must have a solid sales background, leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets
Monitor individual performance and provide ongoing training/support
Implement effective sales strategies in the assigned region
Ensure timely reporting and maintain performance MIS
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations

Requirements:

Graduation mandatory
2+ years of experience in sales team management
Strong field sales exposure, preferably from BFSI
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
