Job Description
This role in involves sourcing, mentoring, and leading a team to promote life insurance policies. Success in this role is measured through client acquisition, retention, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Produce leads by cold calling, field visits, referrals, and regional marketing campaigns.
– Based on their needs, present prospective clients with pertinent insurance and financial products.
– Assist the unit manager in promoting team performance and daily sales goals.
– Close deals and follow up with prospects within the allotted time frames.
– Implement effective sales strategies and techniques to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
– Inform clients on the characteristics, advantages, and specifics of the policy.
– Help with policy issuing, documentation, and after-sale support.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
