Job Description
The Key Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing relationships with high-value clients, and achieving sales targets.
Must:
- Graduation is compulsory.
- Local candidate preferred.
- Must have own bike.
- 2+Year of sales experience.
- Ability to think strategically and execute on sales initiatives.
- Experience using data analytics to inform sales strategies.
Role:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue from key accounts.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, particularly within key industries or segments.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates for senior management.
- Lead negotiations with key clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
- Guide and mentor junior sales team members or support staff, ensuring alignment with company goals.
