Job Description

The Key Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing relationships with high-value clients, and achieving sales targets.

Must:

  • Graduation is compulsory.
  • Local candidate preferred.
  • Must have own bike.
  • 2+Year of sales experience.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute on sales initiatives.
  • Experience using data analytics to inform sales strategies.

Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue from key accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, particularly within key industries or segments.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates for senior management.
  • Lead negotiations with key clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
  • Guide and mentor junior sales team members or support staff, ensuring alignment with company goals.
