A Market Sales Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships, and analyzing market trends to optimize sales performance.
Requirement:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 2 years of sales experience.
- Age Criteria:24 to 37.

- Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop sales teams.
Responsibility:
- Recruit, hire, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Monitor sales activity, analyze sales data, and provide coaching to sales representatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, analyze competitor activity, and stay informed.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts, manage sales budgets.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline by tracking sales opportunities.
