- Regularly track sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring proper lead generation, qualification, and progression through the sales cycle.
- Provide regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.
