Job Description

A Unit Sales Manager is responsible for focusing on achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and motivating their team.

Responsibility:

  • Drive sales performance within their assigned unit to meet or exceed established sales targets and quotas.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team by providing coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients within their unit, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Regularly track sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring proper lead generation, qualification, and progression through the sales cycle.
  • Provide regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.
