Key Responsibilities
– Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents.
– Drive the team to achieve defined sales and revenue targets.
– Motivate and monitor the performance of advisors for consistent output.
– Conduct sales meetings, reviews, and regular performance updates.
– Foster strong client and agent relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
– Ensure adherence to company guidelines and compliance standards.
Desired Candidate Profile:
– Must have minimum 2 years of field sales experience (Insurance/BFSI preferred).
– Strong leadership and team handling skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
