Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
– Lead and manage a team of field sales executives to achieve sales targets.
– Plan and execute area-wise sales strategies and promotional activities.
– Conduct regular field visits for client meetings, cold calls, and market development.
– Build strong relationships with channel partners, retailers, and end customers.
– Generate leads through field campaigns, referrals, and territory coverage.
– Train and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
– Ensure timely reporting of daily visits, leads, closures, and sales metrics.
– Track sales targets, collections, and customer feedback on a regular basis.
– Coordinate with the back-office and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
Candidate Profile:
– Proven experience in field sales, preferably in BFSI, FMCG, telecom, or retail.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills.
– Self-driven, target-oriented, and ready to travel extensively within assigned areas.
– Strong understanding of the local market and customer behavior.
– Familiar with lead management tools, CRM, and mobile reporting apps.
