Job Summary:
We are hiring an Assistant Acquisition Manager to expand our customer base and drive business growth in the Sangli region. This role involves meeting prospects, building relationships, and achieving acquisition targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers through field visits and direct sales efforts.
Maintain strong and lasting customer relationships.
Achieve monthly acquisition and sales targets.
Identify and tap into new business opportunities.
Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer details.
Requirements:
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience (BFSI preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
