Role and Responsibilities:
- Talk to people and explain insurance products like life, health, or general insurance.
- Help customers choose the right insurance plan for their needs.
- Visit customers at homes, offices, or shops to close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets given by the company.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Collect and check all documents needed for policy issuance.
- Give daily updates to your team leader or manager.
- Keep learning about new insurance products and offers.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduation preferred.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in sales.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting different people.
- Honest, hard-working, and target-focused.
- Two-wheeler with license is helpful but not always required.
