Role and Responsibilities:

• Visit retail shops, grocery stores, and distributors in the assigned area
• Promote and sell company’s FMCG products (like food, beverages, personal care items)
• Take product orders and ensure on-time delivery follow-up
• Display products properly in stores and check stock levels
• Build good relationships with shop owners and local retailers
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Share feedback from the market with the team
• Keep basic records of visits, orders, and payments

Candidate Profile:

• 2+ years of field sales experience
• Graduate in any field
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable traveling and working on the field daily
• Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented
• Basic knowledge of local market
• Locality is preferred
