Position: Sales Manager
We’re hiring a Field Sales Executive who thrives on mobility, face-to-face interactions, and chasing targets with confidence. This is a ground-level opportunity to directly impact revenue and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit prospective customers at their locations to pitch products/services
- Conduct in-person product demos and resolve customer queries on-site
- Generate leads through field activity, referrals, and territory mapping
- Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the Sales Manager
- Maintain accurate records of client visits, interactions, and conversions
- Gather feedback from the market to support product and strategy improvements
What You Bring:
- A graduate degree in any stream
- 2–6 years of experience in direct/field sales
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Comfort with daily travel and working independently on the ground
- Knowledge of the local area and customer behavior patterns
