Job Summary:
The Outbound Sales Manager is responsible for managing outbound sales activities, leading the sales team, and achieving sales targets through calls, meetings, or field visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage outbound sales
- Lead, train, and motivate the outbound sales team
- Ensure team achieves daily and monthly sales targets
- Monitor call/field performance and quality
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Prepare sales performance reports
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
