Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Outbound Sales Manager to lead our outbound sales team. You will be responsible for driving sales through cold calling, managing a team, developing strategies, and ensuring target achievement. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the outbound sales team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement outbound calling strategies and campaigns
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Generate and track leads through cold calling and follow-ups
- Handle escalated client issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
- Train new team members on scripts, sales techniques, and product knowledge
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
