Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Outbound Sales Manager to lead our outbound sales team. The role involves managing lead generation, driving sales performance, and ensuring the team meets targets through cold calling, follow-ups, and client engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of outbound sales executives
- Develop and implement outbound calling strategies to generate leads
- Set daily/weekly sales targets and monitor performance
- Train and motivate the team to improve conversion rates
- Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent client communication
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate reports
- Handle escalated customer queries or objections
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
