Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Outbound Sales Manager to lead our outbound sales team. The role involves managing a team that contacts potential customers, generates leads, and converts them into sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the outbound sales team to meet sales goals
• Plan and execute outbound calling/email campaigns
• Generate new leads through cold calling and follow-ups
• Train and guide team members to improve sales techniques
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
