Job Summary:

We are looking for a candidate who can oversees a sales team and ensures targets are achieved through effective planning and execution. Also who are responsible for managing and leading outbound sales activities to drive revenue growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the outbound sales team.
• Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
• Develop and implement outbound sales strategies.
• Generate and follow up on new business leads.
• Train, guide, and motivate sales team members.
• Prepare sales reports and share insights with management.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
