Job Summary:
The Outbound Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager in day-to-day operations, helps lead the sales team, and ensures sales targets are achieved. This role focuses on customer service, team coordination, and driving overall sales performance.
Key Roles:
- Lead and manage the outbound sales team.
- Plan and execute sales strategies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Train and motivate the sales team.
- Monitor call quality and performance.
- Maintain reports on calls, leads, and conversions.
What We Require:
- Minimum 3+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
