Job Summary:
The Outbound Sales Managervis responsible for promoting company products/services, generating sales, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves field visits, lead generation, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Roles:
- Manage and lead the outbound sales team.
- Set sales targets and ensure the team meets them.
- Plan and execute outbound calling/field sales strategies.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching.
- Generate new leads and explore new customers.
- Ensure proper follow-up with customers and close deals.
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
