Role Summary:
The Outbound Sales Manager leads the outbound sales team to generate new customers and achieve sales targets through calls and outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the outbound sales team
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Plan and monitor outbound calling and follow-up activities
- Coach and train team members to improve performance
- Track sales performance and prepare report
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
