Outbound Sales Officer

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Insurance Specialist to help clients choose the right insurance products. You will be responsible for selling life, insurance, providing expert advice, and ensuring excellent service throughout the customer journey.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans (life, health, general).
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
• Explain policy details, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly to customers.
• Handle documentation and ensure timely policy issuance.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
• Stay updated with the latest insurance products and regulations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
