Job Summary:

We are hiring an Outbound Sales Officer to make outbound calls, promote insurance  products or services, and convert leads into customers. The role focuses on achieving sales targets through direct phone communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain product/service features and benefits
• Convert leads into sales
• Follow up with interested customers
• Maintain call records and update CRM
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
