Outbound Sales Representative

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and motivated Outbound Sales Representative to contact potential customers, explain our products or services, and convert leads into sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, working in a fast-paced environment, and hitting sales targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote policies /services.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to convert them into sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.
- Handle customer objections and provide clear product information.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
