OUTBOUND SALES SPECIALIST

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and target-driven Outbound Sales Specialist to join our sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through calls, promoting products/services, and closing sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
• Explain product features, offers, and benefits clearly
• Persuade customers to purchase or sign up for services
• Follow up on leads to increase conversion rates
• Maintain daily call logs and update customer information accurately
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets
• Handle objections professionally and resolve customer queries
• Share customer feedback with the team for continuous improvement

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
